
Customer Service Representative

**Introduction**:
We're searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team located in Heidelberg West and deliver outstanding service in every customer interaction.
**Description**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that our customers receive a seamless service experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Booking service work and adjusting job schedules as necessary to accommodate changing requirements.
- Handling incoming calls, monitoring our shared mailbox, and taking appropriate actions to respond promptly and effectively.
- Processing customer purchase orders for equipment, coordinating shipping, installations, and commissioning processes.
- Supporting the wider National Customer Service Team by providing assistance and stepping in as needed, fostering a collaborative and unified approach.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports as necessary to keep our processes transparent and effective.
- Playing an active role in championing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our National Service Centre.
