The opportunity exists for an outstanding and highly efficient Office Manager with an in-depth understanding of human resource practices to join EllieB’s at an exciting time in the organisation’s history. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working in collaboration with the Human Resources Business Partner, the Office Manager will hold responsibility for the management and delivery of work portfolios and tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of quality support to the wider team, will perform all HR processing including inductions, records management and Return to Work requirements, will provide support regarding policies, procedures, risk management and work health and safety functions, and will manage the performance and development of the administration team.
Success in this role will require excellent communication skills enabling effective internal and external stakeholder relations, as well as an adaptive and flexible work style, demonstrating responsiveness to issues and the capacity to deal with ambiguity. We are seeking an experienced leader with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the commitment to supporting the efficient operation of the organisation.
Interest is sought from applicants with a minimum of five years’ experience as a Senior Receptionist, Office Team Leader or Human Resources Administrator and sound knowledge of IT software, particularly the Microsoft Suite. Experience in the disability or not-for-profit sector and a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources are favourable.
