Actively looking for an experienced Office Manager (with minimum 1+ years of experience) to join a Defence software tech partner within Adelaide CBD, ensuring the smooth running of their company office and online processes.

This role will be an office-based permanent 30.4 hours a week position to be completed over 5 days (0.8 FTE)

While you’ll be reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, with duties including but not limited to:

- Communicating with the management team to handle their requests and queries.
- Assisting the team with the use of online platforms and software.
- Managing travel arrangements, appointments and agendas for staff members with the assistance of the Admin Assistant.
- Managing digital files (including filing and formatting of electronic documents) and document control.
- Finance, HR, Project and timesheet administration.

Experience & Qualifications
- **Mandatory - Holding an Australian Citizenship** to meet security requirements for the role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly disposition and professional presentation
- Willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders
- High attention to detail and focus on quality outputs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with a desire to learn
