The purpose of the role is to provide sound staffing and personnel administration support of the company’s operational activities and policies and programs. As the HR Administrator, your core responsibility will be to provide support for;
- All compliance and immigration related issues, keep abreast of changes in regulations and guidelines and ensure proper ownership and accounting for compliance
- Work with Australian Immigration agent and crewing agencies from Indonesia and Philippines in the engagement of suitable qualified and experienced crew members in accordance with the Labour Agreements
- Setting up and management of Superannuation and Bank accounts, Tax File numbers and health insurance.
- Provide assistance to the Administration and Finance Manager as and when required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word.
- Proactive nature, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritise competing demands
- Friendly, can do attitude where you are happy to complete any task need to get the job done.
- Be a team player, but also have the ability to work independently.
