We are seeking a motivated and flexible individual with a high level of ethics to join our School.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential to this role.
The role of the Human Resources Support Officer is to support the Human Resources Manager across a range of activities within the School.
Key accountabilities include:
- Associated administration of recruitment and selection of new employees.
- Induction and orientation of new employees.
- Assisting the HR Manager in implementing progressive, relevant and best-practice HR policies and programs for the School and its staff.
- Assisting the HR Manager in ensuring all human resource programs and services are satisfactorily performed in accordance with legislative requirements and School expectations.

**What you need to be considered**
- Certificate IV in Human Resources (minimum) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and practical experience of operational human resources practices and processes, including:
- employee relations;
- recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and practices
- Sound IT Skills including databases, word and excel
- Excellent written and oral skills with high attention to detail
