We have a rich history and have been providing residential aged care for more than 40 years.

**What we need**

**OneCare currently has exciting opportunities within our HR Team across both the Generalist and Learning and Development space**

Within our HR Team you will have the opportunity to:

- Provide timely day-to-day advice and support to managers and employees across all functions of HR
- Support facility and service managers, executive team and employees in the interpretation and adherence to the appropriate Industrial Awards, Enterprise Agreements and OneCare Policies and Procedures
- Provide advice, coaching and feedback to, and support the Executive, Facility and Service Managers to effectively manage both the performance and learning and development needs of the workforce
- Undertake project work in line with our Employee Strategy
- Show off your strong HR administrative and coordination skills
- Assist to identify, establish, improve and maintain processes for the HR Team to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Other duties related as requested

**What you bring to the role**
- Diploma of Human Resources Management or other relevant qualification or experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources position
- Current driver’s license
- NDIS Endorsed WWVP Registration
- Evidence of Covid-19 Vaccination
- Experience in an Aged Care, Community Service or Not-for-profit sector desirable
