**About the job**:
This is a unique opportunity to join a start-up organisation, and we are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator/Consultant to undertake various HR administrative duties. This is a stand-alone role; typically, these roles are operational and strategic.
This role reports directly to the General Manager, Pacific, and a soft-line into the HR team in our Head office in Denmark. You will join our medium-sized Onshore Development team in a full-time permanent capacity working in a modern, high-end office in the heart of the CBD.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person in the team
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments or functions
- Talent Acquisition
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity to the leadership team
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
- Support other functions as assigned
- Maintain Company Culture
- Employee-Employer relationship building
- Create a safe working environment
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends/legislation and best practices.
- Liaise with the legal team
- Develop and maintain a recruitment/retainment strategy with the General Manager
- Management of external Recruiters
- Work with the global HR team to develop and implement employee initiatives (e.g., employee benefits)
- Liaising with Branding and communications (in Denmark)
- Culture, Engagement & Talent Management
- Annual Performance Review
- Employee Lifecycle Administration

Requirements and skills
- A minimum of 8+ years experience as an HR coordinator/Consultant or relevant human resources/business administrative position
- Human Resource Management certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- A strong understanding and knowledge of employment legislation and regulations are a must
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular) and SharePoint
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organisational and time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Strong organisation and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Problem-solving skills
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, which extend across all organisational and management levels
- Able to use initiative in providing solutions
