**HR Coordinator**
- Permanent Opportunity
- $75k + Super pro rata
- Multiple locations: Footscray, Dandenong, or Bendigo
- Closing date 19 th March

A permanent opportunity currently exists for a HR Coordinator based in Footscray, Dandenong, or Bendigo. With some flexibility to work from home 3-4 days per week, your primary purpose will be to provide a high level of HR guidance, coaching and advice to key stakeholder groups.
We are looking for a HR Professional with a flexible and ‘hands on’ style ready to step into the next phase of their career. You will be easily approachable and adaptable and willing to support the organisation with any of their generalist HR queries.
These will include;
- Day-to-day HR activities including grievances, performance management, employment contracts, on-boarding etc.
- Build policies to fulfil longer term strategic goals and objectives.
- With support from the Senior HRBP you will manage any IR/ER issues that present engaging all relevant stakeholders incl. Fair Work Commission.
- Deliver HR advice on current and upcoming projects.
- Support wellbeing and safety initiatives and coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Ensure effective reporting of all HR functions.
- Ensure effective compliance within the HR Policy framework.
