SodaStream is looking for a HR Coordinator - Full-Time Position
South-East location in Knoxfield, VIC, on-site parking

Due to significant growth of our Global business, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator with minimum 2 year’s-experience, to join our dedicated and talented team.
This role will be suitable to a HR Officer/Administrator who is ready for the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of end-to-end HR activities for SodaStream Australia. This is a diverse role bringing together elements of HR coordination, administration and advisory.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Maintaining the SodaStream HRIS data base including conducting periodic analysis and reporting
- Updating company policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation and company guidelines
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection activities; drafting and placing job ads, phone screening, coordinating interviews, conducting reference and other pre-employment checks, and assisting with the onboarding/induction process
- Employee file and other HR record management
- Updating, and managing position descriptions as required
- Assisting with the execution of the employee engagement program and other HR initiatives
- Planning and executing HR events; workplace celebrations/functions, training programs, workshops etc.
- Assisting with the management of training records and execution of various training programs as required.
- Address or escalate (as relevant) all HR queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Assist with OH&S Management; work health safety policy & procedure, workers compensation claims, workplace injury management and return to work processes
- Assist with the Payroll function on a need basis
- Actively participate and assist with any global HR projects
- Any other duties as required.
