Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including business requirement analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on best practices, process improvements, and solution design within the EC module.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration, ensuring a user-centric approach and compliance with local regulations.
  • Facilitate and lead client workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture and validate business processes and data requirements.
  • Configure EC functionality including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Position Management, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between EC, Payroll (ECP or third-party), Time, and other downstream systems.
  • Support data migration activities including template design, transformation rules, and validation processes.
  • Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, cutover planning, and hypercare.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated with SAP roadmap and EC innovations to proactively recommend improvements to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including at least 5-7 full lifecycle EC implementations.
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and local statutory requirements (preferably in Australia or relevant market).
  • Hands-on experience with EC configuration, including MDF objects, workflows, business rules, and RBP.
  • Experience working with EC integrations to Payroll (SAP ECP or third-party systems).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead client workshops and deliver high-quality documentation and deliverables.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors EC Time Off or Position Management is an advantage.

In addition, the following will also be essential:

  • Experience in multi-module projects (e.g., Onboarding, Performance & Goals, or Compensation).
  • Exposure to SAP BTP or CPI integration tools.
  • Background in consulting or professional services environment.
