Rise with us as a HR Coordinator In this position you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and be exposed to many areas of HR and the employee life cycle. You will support the Southern/Western Operations HR team who partner with our 5 sites across SA, WA & Victoria, based at our Dandenong site. Through the coordination of recruitment and onboarding of waged employees across the regions, administration, and supporting various HR initiatives/ projects.
Purpose of the role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all operational waged positions across all sites in the South/West region; including advertising, scheduling of interviews and coordinating pre employment checks
- Manage the onboarding process for all new waged hires including contract administration and providing support throughout the onboarding process
- Provide administrative support to the HR team; employment variations, offboarding process, updating org charts, adhoc reporting as required, coordinate recognition program and engagement surveys
- Support various HR initiatives within our People Strategy

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline with experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Coordination/ Recruitment role
- A passion for building relationships, strong communication skills and a collaborative style
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- High level of personal integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
