I am currently partnered with a Federal Government Agency who is seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer for their Geelong CBD location.

**Your new role**

You will work standard full time business hours on site, providing counter and reception support, managing and resolving participant enquiries.

Further responsibilities include:

- Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.
- Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Experience in an office or administrative capacity
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- IT proficiency including MS Office
- An empathetic nature and customer centric approach
- Experience in health/aged care or the disability sector highly desirable

**Please note, to be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen
