I am partnered with a Federal Government Agency, in the heart of Geelong to recruit an APS3 Access Officer for a 6 month or 12-month, full-time temporary assignment with the potential to extend.

**Your new role**

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Reviewing, processing and assessing documentation and ensuring all information is available for an access decision in accordance with policy and legislation.
- Maintaining records and undertaking a range of data entry responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Scanning and filing documents

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS3 Access Officer, you will need:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience working autonomously
- IT proficiency, especially MS Office
- Ability to follow processes and instructions
- Previous Administration experience is desirable
- Government experience is desired
- Australian Citizenship
