Hays is currently partnered with a local government agency to recruit an APS3 Corporate Operations Officer in a temporary capacity with an immediate start.
**Your new role**
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to Corporate Operations team members on corporate operations team enquiries.
- Providing advice in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
- Understanding operational issues as they arise and escalating as necessary.
- Undertaking the processing and distribution of mail and associated activities.
- Engaging with Services Australia on fleet enquiries.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, developing operational procedures.
- Previous knowledge of OH&S practises and policies.
- Skill with Microsoft Suite of programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and self-motivated.
Due to the nature of our client, for this role you MUST be an Australian Citizen and show proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status.

This role offers you an attractive hourly rate of $36.27 plus super, full time hours and an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
