Our Federal Government Client is currently seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer for a full time, 18 month long temporary assignment, from their Geelong CBD office, with the potential for this assignment to extend further.

**Your new role**

As the APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will provide counter/reception support for the office, including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support. Further responsibilities include:

- Managing and resolving participant matters by actioning planning tasks
- Resolving customer enquiries, providing information and/or referring customers to appropriate Government or community services
- Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants
- Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed
- Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in the Health, Aged or Disability sector is desired
- Australian Citizenship
- A National Worker Screening Check is required to be obtained at time of onboarding if successful
