Consisting of a team of highly qualified and skilled members, IGEC are currently seeking an experienced **Project Coordinator (Undergraduate programs, postgraduate programs &VET programs)** This role is likely to suit a person who is looking to take their career to a new level, with extensive mentoring and guidance from existing industry professionals.

As a Project Coordinator (Undergraduate programs, postgraduate programs &VET programs) you will be required to perform the following tasks:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating initial and modified contracts with universities and educational providers, including but not limited to incentives, services, and marketing activities support for undergraduate, postgraduate and pathway programs.
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, with universities and educational providers.
- Managing documentations associated with contracts and communicating them to the concerned departments within IGEC
- Periodically report issues of concern or matters requiring management decisions and executing these decisions, to improve working relationship with universities and improve service efficiency to potential students.
- Prepare reports on Undergraduate, postgraduate and pathway programs to be used by IGEC in marketing activities, road shows, workshops etc.
- Follow up on growth of project with universities and colleges and analyse data of Undergraduate, postgraduate and pathway programs and report on project development with IGEC Management.
- You will have qualifications equivalent to an AQF Diploma Level with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A strong communicator, relationship builder and influencer

The role is a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) and the salary shall be negotiated within the range of $85,000-$95,000 dependent on qualifications and experience.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
