The People and Operations Coordinator will work closely with Sparro’s Senior Leadership and People and Operations teams to provide support for operational processes, HR initiatives and business administration.

The Coordinator will have a huge amount of exposure across all facets of the business, with significant scope to grow into a role focused on project management, business administration, people support or new business.

It’s an exciting time to join Sparro. We’ve recently been acquired by global independent agency Brainlabs and there’s a huge opportunity to leverage Brainlabs’ systems in our own operations.

The objective of this role is to:

- Support the creation and maintenance of a collaborative and safe working environment, inline with Sparro’s people’s vision to develop the industry’s future leaders.
- Support the delivery of efficiencies across the business through analytics, optimisation, systems and strategic solutions.
- Become independent in delivering operational tasks to a high standard, requiring little input or support from senior stakeholders.
- RESPONSIBILITIES**People & HR**
- Support in the management of the full employee lifecycle
- assisting with recruitment and onboarding process, performance reviews, offboarding process.
- First point of contact for all People and Culture Team related enquiries
- Maintenance of staff data in HR systems
- Adhoc administration as required and directed by the Senior People & Culture Manager
- Supporting in-office culture and HR initiatives including events and catering

**Operations**
- Champion team adoption of operations process + systems.
- Service/supplier procurement and negotiation.
- Internal invoicing and finance support.
- Team utilisation reporting and analysis.
- Automation and optimisation of operational processes.

**Business Administration**
- Client contract development and re-signing processes.
- Champion businesses CRM data quality.
- SKILLS- Any experience working in a HR or a business administration focused role is desirable
- A bachelor’s degree or majors in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Human Resource, Arts or related fields are desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and time manage
- Strong people skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with or an aptitude for spreadsheet automation is desirable
- Willingness to learn about new systems and platforms
