Responsible to connect director to clients by doing cold call.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain and update office records, including filing documents, invoices, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Director.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes, and distribute them to participants.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data as required for various projects or reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- personal or executive assistant (to a Chinese Immigrant): 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
