**Your new role**
- Assists in organising and coordinating various events: Collaborates with senior event coordinators to plan and execute events.
- Helps with venue selection, catering arrangements, and event logistics.
- Assists in creating event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
- Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all necessary materials and services are secured for the event.
- Helps in preparing event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional materials.
