**Events Coordinator (Permanent Part-Time)**

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating memorable events? Souths Leagues Club West End is seeking a **Permanent Part-Time Events Coordinator** to oversee the smooth administration and execution of our functions and events. This role offers minimum 20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend work as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Administration**: Manage all event inquiries, bookings, and communications.
- **Planning & Coordination**: Work closely with clients to finalise details and ensure events align with their vision. Including, organising and managing casual event staff, and executing room set up and pack down.
- **On-the-Day Execution**: Oversee and support events to ensure they run seamlessly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Liaise with internal staff and external suppliers to deliver exceptional experiences.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong Administrative Skills**: Proven experience in managing schedules, client communications, and event documentation including, quoting, purchase order utilisation, P/L reporting and working closely with accounts for invoicing and reconciliation.
- **Excel Proficiency**: Ability to create and manage spreadsheets for event schedules, guest lists, and budgets.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure every aspect of communication with clientele is meticulously planned and executed.
- **Time Management**: Handle multiple bookings and prioritise tasks effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: Provide a professional and friendly service experience for all clients.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
- **Relevant Qualifications**:Must hold an up-to-date RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & RMLV (Responsible Management of Licenced Venues).
