Aspect Personnel are currently working with an organisation in the education sector to recruit a Facilities Officer for an initial 3 month contract.

As a Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard to meet the needs of employees and visitors.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Managing external contractors and service providers
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of our facilities
- Liaising with employees and visitors to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Management of soft services
- A qualification in Facilities Management, or relevant experience/qualifications
- A solid understanding of Facility Management and its principles
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and negotiate when necessary
- Excellent organisational, time management and customer service skills
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
