Knight FM is seeking an experienced and driven
Senior Account Manager
to lead the operations of a regulated, people-focused client portfolio across the
healthcare, disability, and essential services sector
.

This is a critical leadership role within our team — perfect for someone who thrives in
compliance-driven environments

NDIS, aged care, or healthcare
, and brings strong experience managing
teams, subcontractors, and service performance
across multiple sites.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of integrated facilities services across a highly sensitive portfolio. This includes maintaining strict compliance with regulatory frameworks, managing internal and external stakeholders, and driving performance to meet service expectations and contractual KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations across a complex, regulated portfolio of essential services sites
  • Manage and mentor Facilities Coordinators, ensuring clear accountability and high performance
  • Maintain high standards in safety, compliance, and documentation across all service areas
  • Respond to incidents proactively and ensure resolution aligns with service quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client representatives and service partners
  • Oversee contract performance, budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on accessibility, inclusiveness, and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in
    Facilities Management or Technical Services
    , ideally across
    NDIS, healthcare, aged care
    , or other regulated environments
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing
    teams, contractors
    , and
    multi-site operations
  • In-depth understanding of compliance, risk
    , and
    regulatory frameworks
    in essential services
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen — confident in
    budgeting, reporting
    , and
    performance monitoring
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Project Management
    , or
    Trade
    (desirable)
