Immediate Facilities Officer position available | Dandenong Location | $44.91/hour | Parking on site

Victoria State Government is looking for a facility officer to join the team in one of their site located in Dandenong, Temporary contract until December minimum. Amazing team culture and a lot of support provided.

**Your new role**

What you need to succeed:

- Handle both Facilities Maintenance operations and Minor works customer requests
- Provide a strong customer service support
- Close customer feedback loops and communicate any identified hold-points or unforeseen delays
- Collaborate closely with the facilities Coordinator to track peak trends in requests
- Maintain a positive, team-based culture and professional image to the community

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and customer service principles
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment
