- Co-ordinate all activities associated with Medilaw client files, incoming legal briefs, business records and other information.
- Prepare files to ensure that scheduled appointments can proceed on time and to the consultant doctor’s individual requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the consultant doctors.
- Archive past appointment files.
- Provide information to customers
- Liaise with customers to ensure effective outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- This is an **entry level** position.
- Demonstrated aptitude and positive attitude will be highly regarded.
- Comprehensive training and education provided in a supportive environment.
- Attention to detail is vital.
