**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Client Service Officer at our office in Notting Hill, Melbourne.
- Proactively keep customers informed of the progress of their request/completion timelines
- Delivery of exceptional Client Service, while maintaining client records.
- Liaise with each service lline and provide timely information regarding client enquiries and new business
- Complete ownership of support services for each service line
- Assist PRMS service line with client services and day to day activities
- Provide admin support where necessary to the team to raise purchasing, receipting and dispatch
**Qualifications**:
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and professional manner;
- Previous experience in office administration and customer service is preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
