The Role
You'll manage the front of house experience, welcoming clients, making coffee, handling calls, actioning emails, scheduling meetings, setting up the boardroom and keeping diaries on track.
Behind the scenes, you'll prepare and maintain client financial records, produce reports, and collate data into PowerPoint presentations. You'll work closely with advisers, paraplanners, and fellow CSOs to keep each process on track.
This is detailed, important work that rewards accuracy and follow through. You'll report to one of the firm's directors and be supported by an experienced team who will appreciate your reliability and precision.
You'll gain exposure to many facets of wealth management while building depth in a stable administration career.
This is a full time, onsite position in Spring Hill, close to public transport and walking distance to the CBD. Monday to Friday, 8.30 am pm.
Salary guide: $60,000 - $75,000 + super, negotiable based on experience. Applicants with experience in a financial planning firm may be considered above this range.
About You
You enjoy working with numbers and professional people, in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
You'll suit this role if you:
- Are process driven, methodical, numerate, and tech-astute with a flair for PowerPoint.
- Present yourself in a professional yet approachable way.
- Enjoy client contact and can strike up an easy conversation with a wide variety of people.
- Stay composed under pressure and help others stay organised.
- Have experience using Xplan or a similar CRM software program, but this is not essential.
- Are a permanent resident of Australian, living in Brisbane.
- Have either:
- early-career ambition for finance administration (an intelligent school leaver not heading to uni), or
- solid administration / client service experience in financial planning, accounting, or legal.
