**Primary purpose of the role**:
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships through leading the execution of the client's partnership strategy. Support and guide client's service lines to engage with relevant stakeholders on key projects to ensure project objectives are achieved.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Lead the execution of client's partnership strategy by developing partnership and sponsorship arrangements and activities that support and expand client's stakeholder relationships.
- Manage operational support for client's partnerships including; budgets, resources and schedules.
- Assist icare business units to consult and engage with relevant stakeholders on projects to support the achievement of program objectives.
- Manage any additional resources used to deliver programs and initiatives, including external suppliers and contractors.
- Provide specialised partnership advice and support to icare and service lines in line with business objectives.
- Maintain tools and resources that coordinate client's stakeholder and partnership activities.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across icare and with external stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, official functions, fundraising events and other functions as required.

- Proven ability to effectively monitor and control work undertaken by external agencies.
- Proven ability to manage partners and stakeholders.

**Typical experience**:

- A broad range of experience in developing and executing strategic sponsorship arrangements that align with wider business goals, combined with experience in developing stakeholder engagement activities to support business programs.
