**Your new role**
The People, Culture and Talent (PCT) Coordinator is responsible for the following:

- HR administrative duties across the entire end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Acting as a key partner for the Director - People, Culture & Talent and as the first point of contact for PCT team
- Assisting with recruitment processes, employment conditions and entitlements, policies, procedures and processes.
- Assisting in the Performance Development Process and Probation Review Process
- Organising internal training events as per L&D roll out plan
- Maintain policy and procedure documents, register and records.
- Monthly reporting across PCT functions
- Lead in wider HR projects and initiatives as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Experience in general administration, reporting and document management within a Human Resources function.
- Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and passion for delivering work to a high standard.
- Ability to manage own workload to deliver quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and other considerations for workforce management in the public sector context
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including an ability to effectively and concisely communicate HR concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate across functions and disciplines to achieve shared strategic goals
- Ability to demonstrate and promote values independence, transparency, collaboration, credibility and rigor
