- Due to continued success, UGL are seeking a
**Project Controls Lead **to work onsite at a Lithium construction project in WA. You will work on a 5/2 Monday-Friday roster and accommodation will be provided.
- In this role you will lead the accurate and timely capture, analysis and reporting of Project activities as well as construction performance and initiative strategies to improve outputs across the Project.

**About the role**
- Prepare, revise and communicate project control procedures to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting of all project activities
- Verify coding of all timesheets, costs, quantities, progress and other project data for system input
- Identify, track and secure approval of project changes (Budget & Forecast)
- Develop systems and processes to optimise the efficient management of project data
- Provide leadership and direction for all project controls activities within the project commercial and construction teams

**About you**
- Extensive experience in project controls system development
- Leading edge knowledge and expertise of construction management practices, standards, systems and processes relevant to the project controls activities
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
- Must be customer focused, team orientated, accountable and results driven
