**Purpose of Role**

The Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Team manages QTC’s corporate brand and reputation with a focus on enabling the organisation to achieve its objectives by influencing stakeholder behaviours. Our work enhances communication with our clients and investors, boosts employee performance and reduces organisational risk exposure.
Our team of seasoned professionals provides internal and external communication support to all parts of the business to help them achieve their business objectives.
This role requires a person with strong work ethic, who is able to balance a range of competing priorities. You will also be comfortable working in a corporate environment where you will work on a high volume of diverse publishing and communication tasks, while ensuring a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

Communication
- Write, edit, manage and publish content to digital platforms—including corporate website (WordPress), intranet (SharePoint), EDMs (Campaign Monitor), and through the Adobe and Microsoft software suites
- Coordinate internal communications & QTC’s intranet, including an ‘Evergreen content calendar’, capability program awareness and other internal communication requirements
- Coordinate new starter onboarding for communication and capability resources
- Coordinate EVP communication and marketing activity (eg, intern promotion with universities)
- Proactively manage enquiries from internal stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner
- Proactively manage enquiries through the general enquires and Investor Relations inbox in an efficient and timely manner
- Proactively manage media alerts and briefs and work with internal clients, Isentia and GRAIL to coordinate updates
- Project management support and research across a range of different projects as required
- Assist in supplier management—sourcing quotes and coordinating procurement
- Event management and corporate sponsorship support - both internal and external, including employee engagement initiatives, education programs and investor conferences and roadshows
- Administration support to team leaders including booking meetings, document management, team dashboard, liaising with external suppliers and other activities

Design
- QTC template ‘ninja’ With an ability to onboard new starters and teach them about communication resources

**Qualifications**

Essential
- Degree in communication, marketing or similar
- Design qualification and/or equivalent work experience with a folio showing examples of work

- Minimum two years’ experience in the workforce

Desirable
- Experience could have been gained in an in-house marketing/communication and/or design role
