**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator in our Member team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Customer Marketing team. This role provides general customer marketing support and supports the coordination of Direct Communications processes and activities.

Key responsibilities could include:

- Act as the central coordination point for all incoming requests; including but not limited to Team Inbox management, SharePoint/Service Manager task creation and Enhancement requests.
- Act as the central co-ordination point for Work in Progress reporting.
- Coordinating stock and assisting with the production logistics of delivering customer communications while investigating opprtunities for improvement.
- Preparing data lists and aiding Customer Marketing team as required.
- Supporting the delivery of customer-centric communications programs that deliver on financial and non-financial results; including but not limited to annual statements, product updates, customer triggered communications and next best offers.
- Coordinating and executing content changes to the Australian Retirement Trust microsites using a front-end content management system.
- Act as the custodian for the Customer Marketing team sharepoint site and matrixes, ensuring updates are published and the site is maintained.
- Act as custodian for the Communications Exception Database and continually seek ways to improve for the greater business use.
- Providing support to the Customer Marketing team by implementing customer experience, verification, process, and service delivery improvements.

This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Ability to manage time, prioritise work and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to build data lists using spread sheeting skills and analysis.
- Ability to support a team of Specialists in achieving a broad range of activities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English.

Although not essential, it would be great if you also had experience across the following:

- Experience using website content management systems, including but not limited to Sitecore.
- Superannuation or Financial Services experience, with knowledge of superannuation fund regulations and provisions, including defined benefit experience.
- Tertiary level of education in relevant business / finance area.
- Experience using Adobe suite or other graphic design software.
