**About the role**
This role is responsible for providing complex, interpretive guidance and direction on policies and operational decisions that impact payroll and talent acquisition activities. You will partner closely with both the payroll and talent acquisition teams to ensure systems and processes reflect current legislation and assist in developing a range of tools to enhance compliance across both areas.
**About you**
You will have solid experience interpreting relevant policy and metrics that would effectively guide decision-making improvements and you have the ability to analyse and provide information. You enjoy challenges and are familiar with relevant Federal and State legislation, guidelines and directions. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative to deliver outcomes.
