Do you have exceptional coordination and customer service skills and a desire to grow your career within senior executive recruitment? We are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to join our Talent Acquisition and Strategy team, to support the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused executive recruitment services that shape the Department's workforce of today and the future.

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Executive recruitment function, working closely with a team of experienced Talent Acquisition Partners across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes scheduling interviews, preparing interview and assessment documentation, coordinating reference checks, drafting appointment documentation for executive roles, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

You will join a collaborative, customer-driven team that's passionate about delivering recruitment excellence to support the Department's strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-touch HR environment supporting critical operations. This role will offer the opportunity to further develop your skills in senior executive recruitment support and take a larger role in candidate attraction and assessment activities.

What you will bring to the role

We're looking for someone who has extensive experience in managing the administrative needs of a small team and demonstrates exceptional written, coordination, and time management skills. A background in supporting executive search coordination or providing administrative support to a recruitment function is ideal. Your proven capacity for critical thinking and proactive anticipation of needs, combined with your ability to effectively manage competing priorities and a high-volume workload, will be key to your success in this role.

It is essential that you have a demonstrated ability to take initiative, have exceptional attention to detail and be someone who easily embraces and enhances new systems and processes. You'll also be customer focused and bring proven experience in providing an elite customer experience at all touch points for your stakeholders, both internal and external.
