This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead, wanting to take ownership of talent acquisition as part of an exciting large scale project for a well-known national mining business. As the dedicated internal Talent Acquisition Lead, you will love building strong relationships with key stakeholders and you will live and breathe your employer's brand, company values, and vision.

Reporting to and supporting the Human Resources Manager, your ability to identify the right talent for this organisation will be integral to the company achieving its targeted goals.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open jobs
- Position briefing to scope requirements
- Conducting and managing interviews
- Assisting line managers throughout the whole recruitment process
- Assisting with on-boarding / induction to ensure a smooth transition into the business
- Assessment Centre (bulk recruitment) experience

This is a busy, high volume, and fast-paced position that requires an enthusiastic and professional person with a can-do attitude who can think on their feet and take ownership of the entire process. This role is offering flexible working arrangements, with working from home and the ability to work onsite as required.
