We are partnering with a well-regarded construction company who have been operating for over 30 years. They are now seeking a new member to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis (8am-4pm) based in their Tomago office.

This is a multifaceted role with a focus on payroll and accounts but will also have elements of WHS as well.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Weekly payroll for two entities (approx. 80 staff), across 5 awards
- Processing a small volume of AP and AR
- Assisting the WHS officer, and providing backup support when required
- Ensuring compliance and adhering to regulations
- Responding to accounting and payroll enquiries

**Essentially you’ll have**:

- Experience with end-to-end payroll
- Exposure to WHS practices or a willingness to be trained in this area
- Proficient with MS suite and confident navigating software
- High attention to detail and the ability to pick up errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to prioritise tasks
