**Who We Are**:
Disrupt X is not your typical social media agency—we’re the **anti-agency**. We specialize in organic TikTok strategies that actually work, built by a team of business owners and content creators who have successfully grown their own brands. Now, we’re looking for an **Agency Lead** to take Disrupt X to the next level.

**What You’ll Do**: Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring smooth execution of client campaigns
- Build, document, and optimize systems & processes to streamline efficiency
- Manage and mentor a team of strategists, content creators, and account managers
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into our workflow
- Develop and implement growth strategies to scale Disrupt X further
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends and algorithm updates to keep us at the forefront

**Who You Are**: You have **proven experience running a successful agency**—preferably in social media, digital marketing, or creative strategy
You **live and breathe social media**, with an in-depth understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem
You’re an **operational mastermind**, able to build scalable systems and workflows
You have strong leadership skills, capable of managing a high-performance team
You thrive in **fast-moving, high-energy environments** and know how to **get sh*t done**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
