We’re looking for a passionate Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our Steakhouse Restaurant Group currently with 3 locations and expanding.

**About The Role**
- Development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Tik-Tok & EDM’s
- Creating & organising special events and functions for our guests.
- Develop and monitor your strategic marketing campaigns
- Liaising and developing on-going partnerships with influencers/affiliates
- Monitor, analyse and review influencer activity and affiliate programs and identify opportunities for future partnerships
- Conduct market research and network to identify new trending marketing opportunities
- Maintain and improve covers totals for our restaurants through marketing strategies
- Liaising with monthly photography and videography

**This role would suit someone who**

Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Facebook business manager, Google Analytics and AdWords, CRM systems and Sevenrooms.

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.

Ability to travel as necessary between our 3 locations

Loves food and wants to share their passion with our loyal customers

Is experienced in a digital marketing or social media marketing role

Has strong skills in marketing management and optimisation

Is experienced in using the Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
