To support our continued growth and branding strategy, we are seeking experienced Marketing Managers and Executives to strengthen our team and expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to increase enrolments and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international educational agents and recruitment partners.
- Represent the college at education fairs, exhibitions, and external networking events.
- Manage recruitment processes for onshore and offshore students.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student and agent enquiries.
- Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing content including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and website updates.
- Maintain high standards of client engagement and ensure excellent service delivery.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or education role (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- KPI-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a good understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.

**Additional Information**:

- Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Work Location: Onsite - Parramatta, Sydney
- Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus
- Start Date: Immediate start available

Pay: $73,596.43 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

- Australia (required)
