**The role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Marketing and Trading division in an Executive Assistant role, working closely with the Chief Marketing and Trading Officer, and senior management team. You’ll need to be diligent with organisation and planning, have a finely tuned attention to detail and a positive and direct approach.

**Key responsibilities**- Providing administrative support to the Chief Marketing and Trading Officer, including diary management, screening telephone calls, routine correspondence and maintenance of documentation- Providing administrative support to senior managers- Managing the relationships and access to the Chief- Assisting with preparation and collation of various correspondence including board papers, customer presentations, internal presentations etc- Organising travel and accommodation for the Chief and broader team both domestic and international- Event and function coordination- Invoice and expense processing- Management of administration team member

**Skills and experience**- 3 years experience in a similar EA/office management position- 5 years general administration experience- Strong customer focus- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross functional team- Proficient with Microsoft office suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint- SAP knowledge preferrable- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality- Well organised and able to work under pressure meeting deadlines with competing demands
