Our client, a leading healthcare organisation near Belmont are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team for 3 months.

**Executive Assistant to CEO**

Our client, a leading healthcare organisation located near Belmont are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a 3 month casual temp assignment but possibly longer depending on their recruitment and selection process.

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver timely, efficient and effective support to the Executive team, and provide assistance to ensure their objectives are met.

Working hours: Monday - Friday - Full Time hours

Pay rate: $42ph - $48ph + Super

Start date: ASAP - Target start date 22nd May

Duration: Approx 3 months (possibility to extend)

**The Role
Some of the key responsibilities across these roles include but are not limited to:

- Provide confidential assistance to the Executive team
- Running efficient office processes and support
- Manage Executive diaries and arrange meetings with external and internal stakeholders; ensuring that time is set aside for the executive to meet their work demands
- Providing briefing papers to the executive team in a timely manner
- Preparing documents and reports
- Preparing board reports and general document preparation
- Minute taking
- Being a gate keeper for the Senior Executive team
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business

**Experience Required**
- Must have minimum 5 years experience as an EA/PA to senior level person/ team
- MUST have board reporting experience/ document preparation
- Experience with diary management for multiple people
- Happy to muck in i.e. set up a meeting room with chairs etc.
- A real people person able to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
- Demonstrated experience in a high level administration role
- MUST be professionally presented
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be compassionate and empathetic, with an awareness of the working environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain boundaries with a clients and other stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of work
