Service Desk Analyst - $45+per hour - 6-month contract - Katoomba location

This organisation is based in Katoomba in the Blue mountains and is currently seeking two IT service desk analysts to join the helpdesk team. You will be one of the key support points providing on-call and remote support. This is in a 6- month contract to potential to be extended. This is an immediate start with working full time in the office with potential to work remotely once trained up. There is onsite parking.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- To be a fit for this role you will have minimum 1 years recent experience in a Level 1
- Provide support to Windows environment, manage AD and AD user management
- Experience providing support on O365 environment
- Experience in providing on-call and remote support for many end-users
- Experience in developing desktops
- Experience with Microsoft products
- Experience Configuration and support of mobile devices
- Some networking skills would be ideal
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal to ensure you provide excellent Customer Service experience
- Dealing with a high demanding customer on a support phone line and ticketing system
- Being responsible for the completion of job tickets from start to finish
