Experienced Service desk Analyst required for organisation based in Sydney CBD
**Your new company**
Hays is working with Sydney CBD based MSP who have a requirement for an experienced Service Desk Analyst that has become available due to business growth.
**Your new role**
In this role you will be the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests. This includes:
- Providing helpdesk support to all end users/clients
- Performing Hardware, Software and Network troubleshooting
- Managing user accounts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stakeholder management
**What you'll need to succeed**

Recent and Relevant Experience working in a Service Desk Environment
Demonstrated experience with:
- Active Directory
- User Administration
- Office 365
- Application Support
- Windows Server

- Networking support
Strong communications skills. Should have a valid driver license
