**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Guest Services Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in
- Manage guest reservations

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $24.76 - $37.14 per hour
