We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Central Reservations Team Leader to oversee the reservation operations for our six prestigious venues. As the team leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless reservation processes, delivering outstanding customer service, and maximising guest satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a team of reservation agents across our six venues, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor team performance, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.
- Collaborate closely with venue managers to optimise reservation processes, maximise occupancy, and streamline operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and personalised guest recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within central reservations or a restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of reservation systems and hotel management software.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices is highly desirable.
