Position Available

Full- time Reservations Agent – Must be available across the entire week, including weekends, on a rotating roster.

The Role

Based at Fink Head Office in Surry Hills, you will be responsible for coordinating reservations across four of our restaurants, managing queries and requests via phone and email. Your goal will be to maximise bookings while providing the highest level of guest service and ensuring accurate inputting and processing of all reservation information.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with SevenRooms is an advantage
• A supreme guest focus and solution-driven approach
• Ability to manage reservation queries of varying complexity across multiple venues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with high work volume
• Professionalism at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency
• Skilled in establishing rapport with guests
• A team player who contributes to and assists co-workers without prompting
• Strong administration skills and high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Sound understanding of the restaurant industry
