As part of a dynamic team, you’ll work across a rotating roster - including weekends and public holidays - while taking on key responsibilities that support exceptional guest experiences.

In this role you will:

- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences.
- Manage reservations, payments, and guest enquiries across various communication channels with accuracy and care.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to coordinate group bookings and meet individual guest needs.
- Support daily operational tasks including audits, shift checklists, and seamless coordination with housekeeping and reception teams.
- Uphold guest safety and satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and adhering to emergency protocols and WH&S procedures.

**About You**
- At least 1 year of experience in hotel front office or reservations
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A professional, friendly, and approachable attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel Property Management Systems
- A flexible, team-oriented approach to dynamic hotel operations
