- time Reservations Agent** - Must be available across the entire week, including weekends, on a rotating roster.

**The Role**

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with SevenRooms is an advantage
- A supreme guest focus and solution-driven approach
- Ability to manage reservation queries of varying complexity across multiple venues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with high work volume
- Professionalism at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Skilled in establishing rapport with guests
- A team player who contributes to and assists co-workers without prompting
- Strong administration skills and high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Sound understanding of the restaurant industry
