- Respond to clients' enquiries
- Assist buyers through the process of inspection and provide professional services
- Maintain high level customer relationships and achieve sales target
- Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc.
- Networking and stakeholder management, including builders and the project developer
- Social media content production

**Requirements**:

- A current Certificate of Registration or License preferred (willing to obtain)
**- Vietnamese or Taiwanese Preferred**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner and ability to build a strong rapport
- Confident in making cold outbound and inbound calls
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Strong background in property sales, ideally already established in land sales, or new build sales
- Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Language**:

- Taiwanese or Vietnamese (preferred)

- Australia (required)
