The Role

As a Property Investment Consultant, you will:


• Work closely with clients to identify financial goals and create tailored investment strategies


• Present and recommend property opportunities with strong capital growth and rental yield


• Run financial modelling, ROI projections, and cash-flow analysis


• Manage acquisitions end-to-end — finance, due diligence, and settlement


• Build long-term client relationships, generating referrals and repeat business


• Stay ahead of property market trends, demographic shifts, and regulatory updates

About You

We're looking for a professional who is not only skilled but also aligned with our values.

Minimum 3 years' experience in property investment or real estate sales

Proven record of achieving sales targets and delivering client success

Strong analytical and financial acumen

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
