**Opportunity snapshot**

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute the communication activities required to bring Bupa’s Data Transformation journey and new ways of working to life for our employees via our lighthouse use case.

The Communications Specialist will work closely with Product Owners and squads to support the implementation of a clear and integrated change and communication program, designed to ensure our people are informed of and engaged with key initiatives. They will play a key role in ensuring any impacts are understood and planned for, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal change and communication execution and integration.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Work collaboratively as part of the Culture and Capability workstream and with relevant stakeholders to create and deliver change and communication solutions that are innovative, fit for purpose, and build the capability and engagement required for our people to achieve required outcomes
- Develop, execute, and evaluate communications plans that are tailored to suit various audiences and purposes
- Execute the delivery and evaluation of multiple change management and communication initiatives concurrently
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs and meet requirements
- Measure and report on performance against milestones, and effectively manage risks and monitor issues
- Effectively identify and manage change and communication risks and issues
- Bring thought leadership and innovation to the change and communication design process, challenging traditional practice and supporting the business in building capability
- Participate in applicable business forums, ensuring awareness of and rapid response to new and changing priorities.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or extensive professional experience in organisational change management or similar field
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing, evaluating and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Growth mindset
- Ability to deliver in an open and agile environment
